New pattern: Fragola Top & Dress

Meet the newest pattern for girls, the Fragola Top and Dress. This pattern is part of my collaboration with Project Run and Play for the Project Smooth Sorbet collection, a capsule collection for boys and girls with patterns that work beautifully together.
The Fragola pattern is designed for light weight woven fabrics, comes in sizes 12 months to 14 years old, and is perfect for summer. My inspiration for this pattern was a RTW top that my daughter had a few years ago. It was lightweight and breezy, easy to put on, and paired effortlessly with other garments. So I had to design something like that to be one of our summer staples.

Features of the Fragola include:
- lined bodice
- three lengths: top, knee length dress, maxi length dress with ruffle option
- no sleeves or ruffle shoulders options
- A-line gathered skirt
- side seam pockets
- back closure with buttons

The pattern is available here and also on the Project Run and Play shop, as a stand alone or combined with the other patterns of the collection. I have sewn quite a few tops and two dresses for my daughter, that she loves to wear. The tops are made with poplin and cotton plumeti, and the dresses are both made with double gauze. I've also sewn some of the other patterns of Project Smooth Sorbet collection, that I'll show in a few days on the PR&P blog.

Enjoy the release sale on the pattern here and the whole collection here.
Happy sewing!
Susana
