Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
The exchange period for paper patterns is 14 calendar days from the purchase date. The item to be exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, and it must not have been used.
To request an exchange or return please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning which item you wish to exchange and the reason why. The shipping cost to return the item is paid by the customer, and is not entitled to be reimbursed.
Some items are not accepted for exchange, such as underwear, items made to order or special orders, fabric, gift-cards and digital content items.
Due to the digital nature of our pdf patterns and tutorials, once a file has been purchased, we cannot issue a refund. If you have accidentally purchased a pattern twice, you will be offered an exchange for another pattern of equal value.
RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENTS (WHEN APPLICABLE):
Requests to return items will be analysed individually, and, save for some exception, we don't reimburse paid orders.
In case that we reimburse the original amount, after we receive the item and verify it, we'll send a confirmation email. When the reimbursement is approved, we will make the payment through the same method as it was originally made, in the following 30 days.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If an item is defective, the customer is entitled to return it and be reimbursed for the original cost and the return shipping cost. The return can be made until 30 calendar days from the reception of the package.
We will analyse the returned item, and inform the customer about the reimbursement (if it is to happen), in the following 14 working days. The reimbursement can be made through the same method as the original payment.
SALE OR DISCOUNT PRICE ITEMS:
Items on sale, discount or promotion, are not accepted for exchange or return.
